Customer Experience Center Established By Mitsubishi Fuso For An Engaging Exposure

An eMobility customer care center has been established by Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation-MFTBC, which is one of Asia’s leading manufacturers of commercial vehicles.

The customer experience centre, as it is referred to, has been established within the company’s Kawasaki plant. MFTBC, through this center, will offer customers to get a hands-on experience of the FUSO eCanter and the various e-mobility ecosystem solution that it offers.

Full Electric Volta Zero Vehicles Production Starts

The center has been established under the supervision of the Electrical Transmission Office, which is an organisation within MFTBC that was set up with an intent to promote electrification.

The center aims to provide an in-depth view of e-mobility ecosystem solutions to the customers who are wanting to introduce electric light-duty trucks to their existing fleet.

The customers will be guided across six experiential modules in the center such as Technology experience, Product experience, Ecosystem & Digital experience, Charging Infrastructure experience, Quality-Lab experience, and Plant experience.
