According to the company, the agreement would leverage CSC Grameen’s digital infrastructure to assist Mahindra car queries and real-time online lead flow to M & M from deeper rural pockets.
According to the company, the CSC Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE) network would act as an M&M point of contact in over seven lakh villages across the country as a result of this collaboration.
Customers can inquire about their chosen SCV range, such as Supro and Jeeto, at their closest CSC Grameen eStore. They are happy to have formed a strategic alliance with M & M Ltd.
CSC Grameen eStore has been a ground-breaking government of India initiative to improve customer convenience by bringing goods and services to their doorsteps using technology as a tool, as per Raja Kishore, CSC Grameen eStore’s Chief Operating Officer.
They are certain that this collaboration would improve customer satisfaction and enable consumers to buy Mahindra Small Commercial Vehicles in remote rural areas, Kishore added.
CSC Grameen eStore is a fully owned subsidiary of CSC eGovernance Services India Ltd, which is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) sponsored by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.
