Notably, the corporation, which is the nodal agency implementing the RFID system at the toll plazas in Delhi has devised technology across 124 toll lots.

The RFID tag is placed on the windshield of the vehicles, and each time it passes the toll section, the money gets deducted automatically.

As per Suryan, the vehicles without the tags or even insufficient recharge will not be allowed to enter the Delhi limits.

The teams have been deployed to take strict action against vehicles that do not have an RFID tag pasted.
