Omega Seiki Mobility has got into a partnership with Europe Assistance to offer 24*7 roadside assistance to create a secure and safe environment for its entire range of EV’s.
The idea is to help the drivers plying EV’s on the road by bailing them out in case of any urgent vehicle service and assistance.
There will be a range of facilities available through this roadside assistance program.
Some of the many offerings will include on spot repairs, towing assistance, both in case of an accident or breakdown, repair beyond the coverage radius, finding client authorised garage nearby, emergency transmission assistance and much more.
As far as on spot repairing is concerned, it shall cover minor repairs, get the tyre issues sorted and also ensure delivery of fuel.
On this association, Omega Seiki Mobility’s founder and chairman, Uday Narang, commented that they have always been delivering the finest to their customers, with products and services being no different.
To make India more EV-able, they want their customers to step out in their EV’s, with a hassle-free mindset and this quick to action service is surely going to elevate the customer journey and experience.
As per Deepak Luthra from Europ Assistance, the tie-up will be a quick alternative for customers which will relieve them from the worries caused due to roadside malfunctioning.
A quick plan, according to him, has been laid out already. Upon getting a call seeking assistance, a prompt attempt will be made to resolve the problem over the phone itself.
In case the issue isn’t resolved, activation of services will be offered to the client immediately. Also, contact details of the nearest dealers and the authorised garage will be made available to the customers, and even special arrangements to arrange a con-call between the customer and the authorised service provider will be made on priority.
